Museum Announces “Win a New Car Raffle” Winners

The drawing for three prizes in the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum‘s annual New Car Raffle took place at the museum on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, under Indiana gaming license #130692.

Helen Boyers, of Wauseon, Ohio, was the lucky first prize winner. She will receive a cash prize. When asked about Boyers’ reaction to the news museum business manager Jan Schippers said “She was ecstatic and so very excited that she won. In fact, she thanked the Museum for the early Christmas present!” After the drawing of the winners, Schippers went straight to the phone to notify the three winners.

The second prize was awarded to Lilly Ann Seipel of Gahanna, Ohio. The third prize was awarded to Robert Fritch of Vail, Colorado. “All of the winners were beyond thrilled. These phone calls to the winners are so much fun to make!,” said Schippers.

“The raffle is an annual museum fundraiser that people look forward to. We are thankful to have the support of the local car dealerships including Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Ben Davis Ford, and Ben Davis Chevrolet Buick Pontiac along with many loyal raffle ticket purchasers who support the museum each year,” said Kendra Klink, chief operating office of the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum.
