Fort Wayne entrepreneurs Debra Boggs and Steve Boggs have launched D&S Professional Coaching to offer a variety of tools for modern job seekers and professionals seeking to move to the next level in their careers. D&S works one-on-one with clients all over the world, providing them with resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile creation or optimization, and professional coaching.

Debra Boggs serves as the lead coach and resume writer for D&S Professional Coaching. Her professional experience includes career coaching and resume writing, leadership roles in marketing and corporate communications production, as well as fundraising, higher education administration, and sales and marketing management. Her degrees include an Associate of Science in Labor Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a Master of Science in Management. When Debra isn’t working one-on-one with her clients or conducting research to stay current on career and hiring trends, she also works for CVC Communications in Fort Wayne as the Vice President of Business Development.

Steve Boggs has a background in the building trades and project management. With an Associate of Applied Science, numerous building trade certifications and licenses, and his technical expertise, he puts his skills and experience to good for use for D&S clients. “He works hard to ensure all documents and profiles created by the firm are absolutely perfect and projects are completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality,” Debra said, noting that Steve’s experience also lends itself well to help coach clients with a background in the construction, manufacturing, and mechanical industries. When Steve isn’t working to keep D&S clients’ projects running smoothly, he is the lead parent for two very active young boys, is the creator of and writer for a Stay-at-Home Dad Blog, and volunteers his time as a head Little League coach.

In the future, the D&S Professional Coaching co-founders plan to expand their product and service offerings to include more interview coaching and LinkedIn networking plans for job seekers. “We will also work to stay on top of industry trends to always give our clients the most current advice and guidance,” according to Debra.
