The Indiana Music Educators Association (IMEA) 2017 Professional Development Conference returns to Fort Wayne January 12- January 15, 2017, and again the Grand Wayne Center will anchor the conference.

The IMEA Professional Development Conference is the largest, most diverse professional development event for Indiana music educators. Welcoming music teachers of all levels and classrooms, this 3-day conference contains over 100 sessions and meetings with close to 100 clinicians.

Music educators from throughout Indiana will be participating, along with student performances. The concerts by schools and community groups and All-State ensembles are free and open to the public. The sessions and concerts will be held at various venues, including the Embassy Theatre, The Allen County Public Library, First Presbyterian Church and IPFW.
