WBCL Share 2017 Off To Great Start

This week, 90.3 WBCL embarks on its yearly SHARE fundraiser with a goal of $1,820,000 to support its network of nine frequencies.

Share 2017 began today, Monday, January 23and runs through Friday, January 27. WBCL, a local, listener-supported Christian music radio station, looks to raise $1,820,000 during SHARE 2017. At noon, today, WBCL was over half way to that goal with more than $930,000 pledged.

A mainstay in Fort Wayne media for over 40 years, the station will be asking listeners to contribute toward the goal to support its annual operating budget. During the short 5-day fundraiser, donations can be made at WBCL.org, via the WBCL app, by calling 1-877-745-9090 or texting the word SHARE to 1-877-745-9090 via a smartphone.

WBCL listener, Lisa, says, “Tragedy struck our family and if not for WBCL providing a way for God to speak to me and heal my heart, I’m afraid I don’t know where I’d be.”

When listeners support WBCL, they make it possible for the station to be there for people like Lisa and others who need it most right here in our community.

SHARE 2017 will end at 7pm on Friday, January 27, 2016.
