Erin’s House Hosts Taya Kyle At Common Bond Breakfast

Erin’s House for Grieving Children will host Taya Kyle as the 2017 Common Bond Breakfast featured speaker. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 16 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum Conference Center. Doors will open at 7:00 a.m. with opening remarks and breakfast starting promptly at 7:30 a.m.

Taya is the widow of the late Chris Kyle – A former U.S. Navy SEAL, author of New York Times best-selling book and Academy Award-winning motion picture, American Sniper. Taya, who currently lives in

Texas with her two children has become a well-respected figure for military and first responder families. In her book, American Wife, she shares with honesty the trials and triumphs of her life, with-and-without Chris; and the joy of discovering her purpose in harmony with Chris’s legacy.

We invite you to join us as Taya Kyle shares her journey of steering her children through grief with tenacity, strength, and faith.

The proceeds from the Common Bond Breakfast enable Erin’s House to provide support for children, teens and their families who have suffered the death of a loved one with no fee for service. Tickets for this unique opportunity with Taya Kyle are available online for $100 each at ErinsHouse.org or by calling the office at 260.423.2466.

“Our Common Bond Breakfast is a cherished tradition that joins friends, families, and coworkers together to enjoy an inspirational message, “ notes Executive Director, Debbie Meyer. “ We look forward to this event each year and the chance to share our gratitude with this amazing community. We are excited to have Taya share her message and her family’s journey with us.”
