USF Hosting Denim Day To Raise Assault Awareness

University of Saint Francis Community Health Nursing students have partnered with the Sexual Assault Treatment Center for the 2nd Annual Denim Day to raise awareness of sexual assault and local resources for survivors.

The Denim Day 5K run/walk/roll will be held at the USF main campus on Wednesday, April 26, with the race beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The goal of the event is to build awareness among college students, faculty and others in our community of Sexual Assault myths and truths, and to offer resources for anyone who may need additional information.

The event is free to the public and no pre-registration is required. For more information about Denim Day and other local awareness events, visit fwsatc.org.
