Rebecca Spuller, a Fort Wayne professional with more than 16 years of experience in human resources, has launched her own HR consulting business. Spuller Leadership Consulting specializes in providing human resources-related guidance, recruiting, training and project work for small- to medium-size businesses.

Spuller uses her extensive real-life experience with well-known companies and her local connections to provide personalized service for her customers. Human resources services include coaching, collective bargaining, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, HR compliance, and job/compensation analysis, recruiting and talent management. Additional services include leadership development, team building and wellness initiatives.

Spuller says she aims to provide “best-in-class,” customized HR services. “Whether it be a targeted recruiting project, training and employee development, or a special project—such as setting up an internship program to assist with your talent pipeline, or developing a compensation program to reward and grow your employees—we want your experience to be personal, value-added and uncomplicated,” she explained.

Spuller also provides professional speaking and training services. She partners with the Division of Continuing Studies at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) to deliver management-related courses, and offers these services to other organizations and businesses, as well.
