Science Central is excited to announce that outreach funding for the 2017-18 school year is still available in Steuben County, thanks to a grant from the Community Foundation.

The $5,000 grant from the Steuben County Community Foundation will go toward Science Central’s outreach efforts in helping Steuben County students access hands-on STEM programming free of cost. Programs include Science4U demonstrations or labs and Interactive Video Conferencing, all designed for grades K-8.

For the first time, Science Central will be able to help more than 560 Steuben County students as a result of this grant.

All programs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will run until funds are exhausted.
